Who is responsible for your data

Up & Go Marketing, based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data. We provide our services 100% digitally.

What personal data we collect

• Contact data. When you message us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram: your name, phone number, email, business name and the content of your message.
• Billing and operations data. If you hire a service: legal name, tax ID (RFC), tax address and the access details of the social media or advertising accounts we need to manage.
• Browsing data. Only if you accept analytics cookies: approximate IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and visit duration.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as health data, ethnic origin or beliefs. Please do not send it through these channels. If you are a healthcare professional, do not send us information about your patients.

What we use your data for

Purposes needed to serve you:

• Answering your messages and information requests.
• Preparing quotes and proposals.
• Providing and managing the services you hire.
• Invoicing and following up on the business relationship.

Additional purposes:

• Sending you information about our services.
• Measuring and improving the site with analytics, only if you accept cookies.

If you do not want us to use your data for the additional purposes, write to contacto@upandgomkt.com and we will stop. This does not affect the service you receive.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We use providers that process it on our behalf to run the site and serve you: WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta Platforms), Google (Google Analytics, only with your consent) and Vercel (site hosting). Some of them are outside Mexico, so your data may be processed in other countries. By contacting us you accept these transfers, which are necessary to serve you.

We may also share data if a competent authority legally requires it.

Your ARCO rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, send your request to contacto@upandgomkt.com with:

• Your full name and a way to reply to you.
• A copy of an official ID.
• A clear description of the right you want to exercise and the data involved.

We reply within 20 business days of receiving your complete request.

Cookies

We use two types of storage in your browser:

• Necessary. Saves your cookie choice so we do not ask you on every visit.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4, to understand how the site is used. It only turns on if you press Accept in the cookie notice.

You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.

If we update this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
