Three documented cases: an entertainment company that came back to Meta and now generates leads every day, a gynecologist with a months-long waiting list, and an app for wedding planners built from scratch. For each one we tell you what we did and what happened.
Fiesta Party Rental has more than 15 years of experience, but its Meta account was suspended after reports. Without an active account, the business did not show up on the platform where people now start searching when they organize a party, a wedding or a corporate event, and it relied on direct contact to win new clients.
We recovered the suspended account and restored the business's visibility on Meta.
We started digital prospecting with a single point of contact, Meta, and the digital channel grew from there.
We designed and built fiestaparty.mx from scratch, which is now the base of its digital prospecting.
We constantly optimize the site and the strategy with one goal: generating qualified leads.
With a monthly investment of 800 pesos in Meta advertising, the company stopped relying only on direct contact and widened its reach to key sectors in San Luis Potosí, such as schools, sports clubs, factories, museums and small markets. Follower growth has been moderate because the strategy focused on qualified digital prospecting, the indicator that moves the business.
Dr. Denisse Magdaleno already had an active medical practice and steady appointments, but her agenda had room and growth had hit a ceiling. Without a consolidated personal brand or structured digital visibility, her expertise only reached people who found her through referrals.
We began with YouTube video as the first personal brand channel. It earned monetization and moderate success, although the long format did not speed up filling the agenda.
We identified short-form video as the vehicle to scale visibility, and the doctor began generating steady exposure to new patients.
We developed a style of her own, educational and approachable, clinical and entertaining, which built a community that comes back and recommends her.
We designed and registered a visual identity of her own that, after years of iteration, is applied consistently across all her channels.
There was no single formula. The method was testing, adjusting and consolidating for more than five years, building each layer on top of the last. Today Dr. Denisse has a waiting list of months and has become a reference in her specialty in Mexico and Latin America.
A wedding planner runs several weddings at once, with guests, confirmations, tables and vendors scattered across spreadsheets and chats. Save the Web was born to solve that, but the starting point was just the idea. It still needed the brand, the software, the web presence and a business model able to grow without depending on its founders' manual work.
We defined the user, the value proposition and the launch markets, focused on San Luis Potosí and Querétaro.
Visual identity, website and brand language designed for people who organize weddings and value visuals.
A wedding management platform with embeddable RSVP forms, guest management, table plans with seating assignment and PDF export.
Navigation designed for phone and tablet, multiple events per account and an internal panel to run the business.
Four plans, Starter, Medium, Pro and Enterprise, with monthly subscriptions on Mercado Pago. We caught in time a mid-tier price that sat above two basic plans.
Setting up each event by hand took about 30 minutes and slowed growth. We moved to accounts that create themselves after payment, to scale without multiplying hours.
Save the Web stopped being an idea and is now a subscription system that wedding planners use to run their events, with brand, product and revenue model working under a single vision.
Besides each case, these are the aggregate numbers of our operation: more than 20 million views generated in a year of content management for clients, more than 5,000 leads delivered during 2026, and 100% of our own prospecting as an agency is digital.
Every business is different. These results belong to each case and do not guarantee the same results on other projects.
